Bowl of tuna rillettes, egg & cucumber

Instructions

  • 1.   Cook the eggs for 6 minutes in a pot of boiling water. Once cooked, plunge them into cold water to stop the cooking process. Gently remove the shells. Set aside.
  • 2.   Meanwhile, wash and dice the cucumber.
  • 3.   Heat the cereal mixture according to the package instructions.
  • 4.   Prepare the tuna rillettes. In a bowl, mix together: drained tuna, skyr, smoked paprika, and chopped chives (optional). Season with salt and pepper, and add a drizzle of olive oil.
  • 5.   In a bowl or shallow plate, serve the cereal mixture with the cucumber, halved soft-boiled egg, and tuna rillettes. Drizzle with olive oil, sprinkle with a pinch of smoked paprika, and garnish with some chopped chives, if desired. It's ready!
