Fish & chips with an air fryer & tartar sauce

Instructions

  • 1.   Wash and cut the potatoes into quarters.
  • 2.   Place the potatoes in the air fryer basket with the rack. Drizzle with olive oil. Season with salt, pepper, and oregano. Mix well, then cook in the air fryer for 15 to 20 minutes at 200°C (390°F).
  • 3.   Meanwhile, place the breaded fish fillets in the air fryer basket with the rack. Cook in the air fryer for 8 to 10 minutes at 200°C (390°F). Once cooked, keep warm.
  • 4.   After 15 to 20 minutes, remove the potatoes from the air fryer and stir them. Continue cooking in the air fryer for 10 minutes at 200°C (390°F).
  • 5.   Meanwhile, in a pot of salted boiling water, cook the peas for 5 minutes over medium heat. Drain them at the end of cooking.
  • 6.   Once the potatoes and breaded fish are golden brown, remove them from the air fryer.
  • 7.   Serve the breaded fish on a plate with the potatoes, peas, and tartar sauce. Season to taste. Add some fresh herbs and lemon, if desired. It's ready!
