Instructions
1. Cut the duck fillet into slices.
2. Wash and cut the broccoli into florets. Cut the florets in half or into quarters, depending on their size.
3. Peel and cut the carrots into tagliatelle using a peeler.
4. In a pot of salted boiling water, add the broccoli. Cook for 2 minutes, then add the noodles and continue cooking for 4 minutes over medium heat. Drain them at the end of cooking and keep warm.
5. Meanwhile, heat a drizzle of olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Add the duck slices. Season with salt and pepper and cook for 1 to 2 minutes on each side.
6. Add the grated garlic, soy sauce, and cornstarch dissolved in 1 tablespoon of water per person. Mix well.
7. Add the carrot tagliatelle to the pan and mix. Then add the broccoli and Chinese noodles. Mix and continue cooking for 1 to 2 minutes.
8. Serve the glazed duck fillet & sautéed noodles in a deep plate or bowl. Season to taste and sprinkle with sesame seeds, if desired. It's ready!
