Glazed duck fillet & sautéed noodles

Instructions

  • 1.   Cut the duck fillet into slices.
  • 2.   Wash and cut the broccoli into florets. Cut the florets in half or into quarters, depending on their size.
  • 3.   Peel and cut the carrots into tagliatelle using a peeler.
  • 4.   In a pot of salted boiling water, add the broccoli. Cook for 2 minutes, then add the noodles and continue cooking for 4 minutes over medium heat. Drain them at the end of cooking and keep warm.
  • 5.   Meanwhile, heat a drizzle of olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Add the duck slices. Season with salt and pepper and cook for 1 to 2 minutes on each side.
  • 6.   Add the grated garlic, soy sauce, and cornstarch dissolved in 1 tablespoon of water per person. Mix well.
  • 7.   Add the carrot tagliatelle to the pan and mix. Then add the broccoli and Chinese noodles. Mix and continue cooking for 1 to 2 minutes.
  • 8.   Serve the glazed duck fillet & sautéed noodles in a deep plate or bowl. Season to taste and sprinkle with sesame seeds, if desired. It's ready!

  • 100 g of carrot
  • 1 tablespoon of sweet soy sauce
  • 1 garlic clove
  • ½ teaspoon of Cornstarch
