Creamy Chicken with Mushrooms and Basmati Rice

Instructions

  • 1.   Cook the basmati rice in salted water (about 12 minutes).
  • 2.   Slice the onion and garlic, sauté them in a pan with olive oil.
  • 3.   Add the sliced mushrooms and cook for 5-6 minutes.
  • 4.   Add the diced chicken breasts, season with salt, pepper, and thyme.
  • 5.   Once the chicken is cooked, pour in the cream and simmer for 5 minutes.
  • 6.   Serve with basmati rice.
