Garlic & shrimp spaghetti

Instructions

  • 1.   If necessary, thaw the shrimp and peel them.
  • 2.   Peel and finely slice the garlic.
  • 3.   In a pot of salted boiling water, cook the pasta according to the package instructions. At the end of cooking, reserve a small ladle of cooking water, then drain the pasta.
  • 4.   Meanwhile, heat a drizzle of olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Add the garlic, shrimp, and Espelette pepper. Sauté for 2 minutes, stirring.
  • 5.   Add the drained pasta to the pan with the reserved cooking water, cream, and chopped parsley.* Mix well and continue cooking for 1 to 2 minutes.

  • 6.   Serve the pasta on a plate with a drizzle of olive oil. Season again according to your taste, it's ready!
