Instructions

  • 1.   Sauté the bacon and sliced onions in olive oil in a sauté pan. Once everything is golden brown, reserve half of this mixture in a bowl.
  • 2.   Grate the potatoes and then mix in the eggs, milk, and grated gruyère cheese. Season with salt and pepper.
  • 3.   Pour the mixture into the sauté pan with half of the bacon and onions. Cook over low heat for 20 minutes.
  • 4.   After 20 minutes, flip the galette onto a large plate and add the remaining bacon and onions to the sauté pan.
  • 5.   Place the galette back onto this mixture and cook for another 20 minutes on the other side of the galette.

  • 200 g of bacon cube
  • 4 eggs
  • 100 g of grated Gruyère cheese
  • 6 tablespoon of milk
  • salt (according to taste)
  • pepper (according to taste)
