Instructions

  • 1.   Cook the potatoes in water with their skin.
  • 2.   Clean the lettuce and roughly chop it.
  • 3.   Peel and finely chop the shallot.
  • 4.   Prepare a vinaigrette by mixing oil, vinegar, mustard, and shallot.
  • 5.   Cut the cheese and ham into small cubes.
  • 6.   Once cooked, peel the potatoes and cut them into cubes.
  • 7.   In a salad bowl, mix the potatoes, lettuce, cheese, ham, and walnut kernels.
  • 8.   Pour the vinaigrette. Season with salt and pepper, and serve immediately.

  • 1 slice of smoked ham
  • 12 walnut kernels
  • 1 shallot
  • 10 tablespoon of walnut oil
  • 3 tablespoon of wine vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon of mustard
  • salt (according to taste)
  • pepper (according to taste)
