1. Rinse the quinoa and cook it in twice its volume of boiling salted water for about 15 minutes (or in the Monsieur Cuisine).
2. If frozen: you can cook it directly in the oven or in the air fryer at 180°C (15-20 min).
Otherwise, use a non-stick pan or microwave steamer (according to your habits).
3. Mix the cheese, mustard, a little lemon juice, salt, pepper, and herbs. Set aside in the refrigerator.
4. Sauté them for 5-10 minutes on the stovetop (pan) or in the Ninja air fryer (grill or air fry mode) with a little oil, salt, and pepper.
5. Serve the fish topped with the cheese sauce, accompanied by the quinoa and vegetables.
