"One-Pot" Turkey & Vegetable Tomato Sauce

Instructions

  • 1.   Cut the turkey into cubes or crumble it if ground.
  • 2.   Slice the onion, cut the bell pepper and carrots into small pieces.
  • 3.   In the Monsieur Cuisine (sauté mode) or a large pot, heat the oil.

    Sauté the onion, bell pepper, and turkey. Season with salt, pepper, and paprika.
  • 4.   Add the crushed tomatoes, carrots, bouillon cube, and 2 glasses of water.

    Pour the uncooked pasta directly into the sauce.

    Cover and simmer for 10-15 minutes until the pasta is cooked (add a little water if necessary).
  • 5.   Taste and adjust the seasoning.

  • 1 yellow bell pepper
  • 2 carrots
  • 1 chicken bouillon cube
  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon of paprika
  • 1 teaspoon of dried oregano
  • 250 g of whole wheat pasta
  • salt (according to taste)
  • pepper (according to taste)
