Instructions

  • 1.   Boil the sausages for 10-15 minutes, let them cool, then cut them into 3-4cm slices and set aside.
  • 2.   Slice the onions and dice the tomatoes.
  • 3.   Sauté the onions, add the garlic, then the sausages and tomatoes.
    Let it simmer over medium heat until a sauce is obtained.
