Instructions

  • 1.   1- Score the chicken breast on one side like a duck breast, then season in a bowl with olive oil, cumin, curry, salt, pepper.
  • 2.   2- Cook it on each side for 3 minutes, then set it aside.
  • 3.   3- Cook the vegetables, rice, and lentils beforehand.
  • 4.   4- Serve hot.
