1. Spread pesto verde on 5 slices of sandwich bread.
2. Cover with a slice of coppa.
3. Place 2 thin slices of camembert on top.
4. Cover with another slice of sandwich bread.
5. Repeat the process to make the remaining 4 croque-monsieur sandwiches.
6. Spread a little butter on top of each croque.
7. Cook in a grill pan until the bread is well toasted and the cheese is melted.
8. Serve with a nice salad.
