Instructions

  • 1.   Sear the pork roast in a little oil or margarine. Peel the potatoes and cut them in half if they are too big.
  • 2.   Remove the roast and dissolve the flour in the pan; put the roast back in along with the potatoes.
  • 3.   Add water just enough to cover the ingredients, as well as thyme, bay leaf, salt, and pepper. Let simmer (gently, gently), taste occasionally, and add water if necessary.
  • 4.   Enjoy your meal.
