Instructions

  • 1.   Cut the meat into regular cubes. Put them in a shallow dish with honey, allspice, and finely chopped parsley. Season with salt and pepper, pour in the oil, and mix well. Refrigerate for 2 hours.
  • 2.   Thread the meat cubes onto skewers.
  • 3.   Cook them for a few minutes on the barbecue or in a hot pan, according to desired doneness.
