Instructions

  • 1.   Finely chop the chives.
  • 2.   Melt a piece of butter in the pan.

    Place the galette, let it cook for 1 minute.

    Spread the cream, add the salmon and chives.

    Season with salt and pepper, fold the galette, it's ready!
