Pasta with foie gras.

Instructions

  • 1.   Keep a piece of foie gras in the fridge for as long as possible.
  • 2.   Heat the water for the pasta.
  • 3.   Melt the other piece of foie gras in half a carton of heavy cream, over low heat.
  • 4.   Cook the pasta and, once cooked and drained, mix them with the cream and foie gras mixture.
  • 5.   Divide the pasta in half and add fresh pieces of foie gras from the piece kept in the fridge.
  • 6.   With the heat from the pasta, they will melt a little and reach the right temperature. Season with highly aromatic condiments, salt, and pepper.
