Multicooker recipe, creamy carrot soup

Instructions

  • 1.   Turn on the multicooker in wok mode and heat the oil for 1 to 2 minutes.
  • 2.   Sauté the onions until they are soft, without burning them.
  • 3.   Add the boiling water, bouillon cubes (stir to dissolve them), pepper, parsley, and carrots.
  • 4.   Change the cooking mode to "soup". Cook for 30 minutes.
  • 5.   Using an immersion blender, puree everything until it becomes a sort of mash.
  • 6.   Add the orange juice and cream. Mix.
  • 7.   Let it warm up a little more to serve it hot.

  • 1 pinch of pepper
  • 1 teaspoon of parsley
  • 350 g of carrot
  • 1 orange juice
