One Pot Instant Chicken

This spicy chicken is a real delight, I chose to accompany it with chickpeas, potatoes, zucchini, and red onions, but feel free to adapt the recipe according to the contents of your fridge and of course, the seasons! Imagine this recipe with cauliflower or squash in the fall... Mhmmm it smells good from here.

Instructions

  • 1.   Cut all the ingredients into pieces: chicken, zucchini, potatoes, onions (except for the chickpeas!). You can keep the skin of the zucchini and potatoes if they are well washed.
  • 2.   Arrange everything on a baking sheet, add the Cajun spice mixture, a little olive oil, mix to coat the ingredients well with the marinade.
  • 3.   Bake for 30 minutes at 200°C. It's ready.

Notes & Suggestions

  • You can serve your spicy chicken with vegetables with fresh herbs, a little yogurt sauce, or a drizzle of lemon juice!

  • 150 g of chickpeas (canned, drained weight)
  • 2 tablespoon of Cajun Spices
  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil
