Pork shank with potatoes and carrots (Cookeo)

Instructions

  • 1.   Peel the onions, carrots, and potatoes.
  • 2.   Cut the onions into quarters, the carrots into slices, and the potatoes into large cubes.
  • 3.   Sauté the vegetables in a little olive oil.
  • 4.   Add the pork shank.
  • 5.   Sauté for a few minutes.
  • 6.   The pork shank should be well browned.
  • 7.   Season with salt and pepper.
  • 8.   Add the bouquet garni.
  • 9.   Cover with water.
  • 10.   Start the PRESSURE COOKING for 30 minutes.
  • 11.   Add the potatoes and the vegetable bouillon cube.
  • 12.   Restart the PRESSURE COOKING for 30 minutes.
