Roasted Hazelnuts

Instructions

  • 1.   Roast hazelnuts in the oven
    Spread your shelled hazelnuts on a baking sheet in a single layer.
    Preheat the oven to 180 °C (350 °F).
    Once your oven is preheated, place the baking sheet on the middle rack.
    Let the hazelnuts roast for about 12 minutes, then check on them.
    If they smell nutty and have slightly browned, they are ready. If not, continue checking on them every minute or so.
    Watch them closely to prevent them from burning.
    If you want to roast them for longer and at a lower temperature, you can roast them at 125 °C (250 °F) for 15 to 20 minutes.
