Instructions

  • 1.   Steam the potatoes and then peel them.
  • 2.   Slice them and arrange them in an ovenproof dish.
  • 3.   Next, sauté the onions and bacon and pour them over the potatoes.
  • 4.   Slice the Morbier cheese and top the dish with it. Drizzle with the heavy cream.
  • 5.   Bake everything at 210°C for 20 minutes.
