Tuna, corn, and cherry tomato pasta salad

Instructions

  • 1.   In a large pot of salted boiling water, cook the pasta until al dente. Drain and lightly oil. Transfer to a large bowl and let cool.
  • 2.   Add the remaining ingredients. Season with salt and pepper and mix well. Serve immediately or refrigerate. Perfect for lunch.

  • 300 g of corn
  • 115 g of feta
  • 1 g of tuna
  • 3 spring onions
  • 45 ml of olive oil
  • 1 lemon
  • 1 stalk of fresh basil
  • 1 teaspoon of sugar
