Chicken fritters, sweet and sour sauce

Instructions

  • 1.   Cut your chicken into cubes. Make a batter with flour, yeast, salt, and water (you should obtain a smooth consistency, add more water if needed).
  • 2.   Toss the chicken cubes in the batter, then fry them for 5 to 6 minutes in hot oil.
  • 3.   In a wok or frying pan, heat oil and add diced onion and bell pepper, add diced pineapple, sugar, soy sauce, vinegar, and 1 large glass of water.
  • 4.   Mix and season with salt. Thicken the sauce with flour diluted in 1/2 glass of water.
  • 5.   Add the fritters to the sauce and serve quickly.

  • 2 chicken breast
  • 150 g of flour
  • 1 bag of baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon of salt
  • 250 ml of water
  • 1 red bell pepper
  • 3 slice of pineapple
  • 1 onion
  • 3 tablespoon of oil
  • 4 tablespoon of powdered sugar
  • 5 tablespoon of soy sauce
  • 4 tablespoon of vinegar
  • 2 teaspoon of flour
  • salt (according to taste)
