Chicken fritters, sweet and sour sauce

Instructions

. Cut your chicken into cubes. Make a batter with flour, yeast, salt, and water (you should obtain a smooth consistency, add more water if needed).

. Toss the chicken cubes in the batter, then fry them for 5 to 6 minutes in hot oil.

. In a wok or frying pan, heat oil and add diced onion and bell pepper, add diced pineapple, sugar, soy sauce, vinegar, and 1 large glass of water.

. Mix and season with salt. Thicken the sauce with flour diluted in 1/2 glass of water.

. Add the fritters to the sauce and serve quickly.
