Spanish Marmite with Cookeo

Instructions

  • 1.   Cut the chicken breasts into pieces. Peel and slice the onions. Wash and slice the bell pepper. Dissolve the chicken bouillon cube in water. Slice the chorizo.
  • 2.   In the Cookeo pot, add the bacon, onions, chicken, bell pepper, cumin, paprika, chili, mix well, then start the "browning" mode for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  • 3.   Add the rice, chicken broth, chorizo, salt, pepper, then set the pressure cooking mode for 10 minutes.
  • 4.   Adjust the seasoning, then serve.
