Instructions

  • 1.   Peel the potatoes and cut them into the shape of fries. Fry the potatoes at 160-170°C and then at 180-190°C for 2 minutes.
  • 2.   Preferably in a not too tall bowl (like a pasta bowl), place the fries, add the cheese curds, and pour the hot brown sauce over them.
  • 3.   And it's ready!
