Instructions

  • 1.   Bring a pot of salted water to a boil. Cook the rice according to package instructions. Meanwhile, prepare the rest of the ingredients.
  • 2.   Finely chop the onion. Cut the pork shoulder into pieces. In a bowl, mix the following ingredients: Press or mince the garlic. Squeeze the lemon. Add the sweet soy sauce and sesame puree. Mix well.
  • 3.   Enjoy your pork shoulder sautéed with sesame puree with rice without delay! Sprinkle with chopped scallions.
  • 4.   In a sauté pan, heat a drizzle of cooking oil over medium-high heat. Sauté the onion for 5 minutes. After 5 minutes, add the pork and continue cooking for 3 to 5 minutes until it is cooked through (the meat is no longer pink). Lightly season with salt and pepper. Towards the end of cooking, pour the sauce into the sauté pan. Mix for 1 to 2 minutes. Taste and adjust the seasoning if necessary. Remove the base of the scallion and slice it thinly.
