Light Chicken, Leek, and Philadelphia Tart

A delicious light tart, easy to cook, to serve with a small arugula or lamb's lettuce salad.

Instructions

  • 1.   Preheat your oven to 200°C (392°F).
  • 2.   Cut the leeks into rounds and steam them.
  • 3.   In a bowl, mix the eggs, Philadelphia cream cheese, curry, honey, salt, and pepper.
  • 4.   Add the cooked leeks and shredded chicken to the mixture.
  • 5.   Place and prick the dough in a buttered and floured pie dish.
  • 6.   Spread a tablespoon of old-style mustard.
  • 7.   Pour the leek/chicken mixture.
  • 8.   Bake for 25-30 minutes.

  • 2 eggs
  • 1 large chicken breast
  • 75 g of Philadelphia
  • 2 teaspoon of honey
  • 2 teaspoon of green curry paste
  • 1 tablespoon of whole grain mustard
  • salt (according to taste)
  • pepper (according to taste)
