Authentic Niçoise salad

Instructions

  • 1.   Simply cut all the ingredients into small pieces, cut the artichokes in half to keep only the bottom part and cut the heart into quarters.
  • 2.   Serve in each plate and add a hard-boiled egg cut into 4 pieces in each.
  • 3.   Add the tuna, basil, and baby broad beans, season with olive oil, vinegar, salt, and pepper.

  • 20 g of pitted black olive
  • 20 g of broad beans
  • 1 basil
  • 3 artichokes
  • 1 olive oil
  • 1 vinegar
  • salt (according to taste)
  • pepper (according to taste)
