Pizza with sun-dried tomatoes, artichokes, arugula, and burrata

Instructions

  • 1.   Preheat the oven to 250°C (482°F).
  • 2.   Unroll the pizza dough on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  • 3.   Spread the pesto over the entire dough. Bake for 15 minutes.
  • 4.   After removing from the oven, arrange the artichokes and tomatoes, then place the burrata cut into 4 pieces in the center. Sprinkle with red pepper flakes and shavings of parmesan.
  • 5.   Drizzle olive oil over the burrata and garnish with some arugula and pine nuts.

  • 1 pizza dough
  • 3 tablespoon of pesto
  • 1 burrata
  • 190 g of grilled and marinated artichoke
  • 12 dried tomatoes
  • 1 tablespoon of parmesan shavings
  • 1 handful of arugula
  • 1 tablespoon of pine nut
  • ½ teaspoon of red pepper flakes
  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil
