Quick and Easy Chocolate Lava Cake

Instructions

  • 1.   Preheat oven to 180-200°C (350-400°F)
    Melt 125g (1/2 cup) butter + 200g (7 oz) chocolate in 15 cl (1/2 cup) water over medium heat.
  • 2.   Whisk together 3 eggs, 125g (1 cup) sugar, and 100g (3/4 cup) flour using an electric mixer.
  • 3.   Add the melted mixture and mix well.
    Bake for 10-15 minutes.
    Let cool for 15 minutes.
