Instructions

  • 1.   Cook the croquettes in a hot pan with a drizzle of oil. Reserve them in a dish and crush them roughly with a fork.
  • 2.   Make the mashed potatoes according to the instructions on the package (may vary depending on the brand used). Then add butter, a tablespoon of thick cream, salt, and pepper to the mashed potatoes. Also add the croquettes and mix everything together.
  • 3.   Pour the mixture into an oven dish, cover it with grated cheese, and sprinkle breadcrumbs on top.
  • 4.   Bake in the oven for 35 minutes at 180°C.

  • 500 ml of water
  • 20 g of butter
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 1 teaspoon of thick sour cream
  • 100 g of grated cheese
  • 100 g of breadcrumbs
  • 8 breaded fish croquette
  • salt (according to taste)
  • pepper (according to taste)
