Instructions
1. Rinse the previously thawed shrimp, drain them well, and dry them with paper towels.
2. Mix the shrimp in a large enough bowl with 160 g of cornstarch, 1 pressed garlic clove, a little salt and pepper.
3. Heat sesame oil in a deep frying pan (wok type) and fry the shrimp on each side.
4. Meanwhile, mix Gochujang, honey, soy sauce, remaining cornstarch with the other pressed garlic clove and a little water until smooth. Then add it to the shrimp in the pan. Briefly reduce while stirring.

6. Fill a bowl with rice and add the shrimp. Serve with sesame seeds and radish sprouts (decoration).
