Skirt steak with caper sauce

Instructions

  • 1.   In a pan, sauté finely chopped capers in olive oil for 5 minutes, then pour in the cream.
  • 2.   In another lightly oiled pan, sear the meat for 2 minutes on each side (flip it without piercing it).
  • 3.   Once the meat is golden, continue cooking on low heat according to desired doneness: rare (1 minute), medium-rare (2 minutes), medium (3 minutes), or well-done (5 minutes).
  • 4.   Season with salt and pepper, add the sauce, and enjoy.
