Instructions

  • 1.   Cut the chicken into pieces, clean the mussels, slice the chorizo and peppers, peel and crush the tomatoes, chop the onions and garlic.
  • 2.   Heat the oil in the pan and brown the chicken pieces. Add the squid, onions while stirring, then add the tomatoes, peppers, garlic, saffron, salt, and pepper. Cook for 5 minutes while stirring before adding the rice, chorizo, and broth.
  • 3.   Add the shrimp and mussels, bring to a boil, then let cook for approximately 30-35 minutes.
