Instructions
1. Cut the chicken into pieces, clean the mussels, slice the chorizo and peppers, peel and crush the tomatoes, chop the onions and garlic.
2. Heat the oil in the pan and brown the chicken pieces. Add the squid, onions while stirring, then add the tomatoes, peppers, garlic, saffron, salt, and pepper. Cook for 5 minutes while stirring before adding the rice, chorizo, and broth.
3. Add the shrimp and mussels, bring to a boil, then let cook for approximately 30-35 minutes.
