Mini rolls with bacon and onions

Instructions

  • 1.   Sauté the onions and bacon and let them cool slightly.
  • 2.   Roll out the pie crust on a work surface and cover it with cream (all the way to the edge).
  • 3.   Spread the onion and bacon mixture over the dough.
  • 4.   Roll the dough tightly to form a log (like a crepe).
  • 5.   Place in the freezer for 15 minutes and meanwhile, preheat the oven to 210°C (410°F).
  • 6.   Trim 3 cm from each side, then cut small slices about 1cm thick and place them on a baking sheet.
  • 7.   Bake for about 10 minutes, then serve immediately!
