Spiced Chefclub Sun-shaped Puff Pastry Appetizer

The mini sausages and cheese are shining!

Instructions

  • 1.   Cut off the top crust of the camembert and place the cheese on one puff pastry. Add minced garlic and chopped chives into the cheese, season with salt and pepper, then place the crust back on top of the cheese.
  • 2.   Cover the camembert with the second puff pastry. Seal the two pastries together and make 16 cuts around the cheese, as if forming slices.
  • 3.   Cut the sausages into 3 equal parts and wrap half of the pieces in the strips cut into the top pastry. Wrap the remaining pieces in the strips of the bottom pastry, passing them between the previously wrapped pieces.
  • 4.   Place everything on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, brush with egg yolk using a brush, sprinkle with the Chefclub Sun-shaped Puff Pastry Appetizer herb and spice blend, then bake for 30 minutes at 180 °C. Remove the cheese crust and enjoy by dipping the sausage rolls into the cheese.
