Traditional Beef Tartare with Homemade Tabasco Sauce

Instructions

  • 1.   Start this beef tartare recipe by preparing the homemade spicy sauce. With gloves, open the peppers and remove the seeds. Put the flesh of the peppers, vinegar, and salt in a small saucepan. Bring to a boil, then reduce the heat and let it cook for 10 minutes. Let it cool, then finely blend the sauce and pour it into a small bottle.
  • 2.   In a mixing bowl, combine all the ingredients for the tartare except for the egg yolks and the spicy sauce. Serve the four tartares topped with an egg yolk and accompany them with a salad or fries. Let each person add a few drops of Tabasco-style spicy sauce according to their taste.

  • 4 tablespoon of white onion
  • 4 tablespoon of parsley
  • 4 tablespoon of caper
  • 8 pickles
  • 2 teaspoon of Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 teaspoon of mustard
  • 4 teaspoon of vegetable oil
  • 25 g of chili pepper
  • 35 g of jalapeno pepper
  • 10 cl of vinegar
