1. In a medium heat skillet, add a knob of butter and toast the inside of your buns for 15-30 seconds until golden.
2. In the same skillet, add your steak and cook it on high heat for 2 minutes on each side.
3. Once the steak is flipped, add the cheese on top and let it cook covered.
4. Spread the onion confit and mustard on the bun.
5. Add the cooked steak. Close the burger, it's ready, enjoy immediately!
