Raclette Burger

Instructions

  • 1.   In a medium heat skillet, add a knob of butter and toast the inside of your buns for 15-30 seconds until golden.
  • 2.   In the same skillet, add your steak and cook it on high heat for 2 minutes on each side.
  • 3.   Once the steak is flipped, add the cheese on top and let it cook covered.
  • 4.   Spread the onion confit and mustard on the bun.
  • 5.   Add the cooked steak. Close the burger, it's ready, enjoy immediately!

  • 1 hamburger bun
  • 1 ground beef patty
  • 2 teaspoon of onion confit
  • 1 teaspoon of whole grain mustard
  • 20 g of raclette cheese
