Instructions
1. In a pot of boiling water, cook the eggs for 6 minutes. Once cooked, plunge them into a container filled with cold water to stop the cooking process.
2. Cut the avocados into thin slices.
3. Toast the bread slices.
4. Spread the cream cheese on the toasts, add the avocado slices and the salmon.
5. Gently peel the eggs.
6. Add the eggs on top of the toasts. Add lemon juice and zest, pepper, a drizzle of olive oil, and it's ready!
