Salmon avocado toast

The avocado toast in an upgraded version, with an egg and smoked salmon!

Instructions

  • 1.   In a pot of boiling water, cook the eggs for 6 minutes. Once cooked, plunge them into a container filled with cold water to stop the cooking process.
  • 2.   Cut the avocados into thin slices.
  • 3.   Toast the bread slices.
  • 4.   Spread the cream cheese on the toasts, add the avocado slices and the salmon.
  • 5.   Gently peel the eggs.
  • 6.   Add the eggs on top of the toasts. Add lemon juice and zest, pepper, a drizzle of olive oil, and it's ready!
