Mushroom, ham & egg bruschetta

A delicious and comforting open-faced sandwich for a quick lunch or Sunday brunch!

Instructions

  • 1.   Toast the bread slices in a hot pan with a drizzle of olive oil.
  • 2.   Wash and thinly slice the mushrooms.
  • 3.   Heat a drizzle of olive oil in a pan. Add the mushrooms. Season with salt and pepper and sauté for 4 to 5 minutes over medium heat.
  • 4.   Meanwhile, heat a drizzle of olive oil in another pan. Crack the eggs into it and sprinkle them with grated Comté cheese. Cover and cook for 2 minutes over medium heat.
  • 5.   Spread the cream on the bread. Season with pepper, then add the grilled mushrooms on top.
  • 6.   Place the eggs with Comté cheese on the bruschetta, then add the ham pieces. Cut the bruschetta in half and enjoy. It's ready!

  • 600 g of mushroom
  • 1 tablespoon of thick sour cream
  • 8 white ham
  • 8 eggs
  • 120 g of grated Comté cheese
