1. Toast the bread slices in a hot pan with a drizzle of olive oil.
2. Wash and thinly slice the mushrooms.
3. Heat a drizzle of olive oil in a pan. Add the mushrooms. Season with salt and pepper and sauté for 4 to 5 minutes over medium heat.
4. Meanwhile, heat a drizzle of olive oil in another pan. Crack the eggs into it and sprinkle them with grated Comté cheese. Cover and cook for 2 minutes over medium heat.
5. Spread the cream on the bread. Season with pepper, then add the grilled mushrooms on top.
6. Place the eggs with Comté cheese on the bruschetta, then add the ham pieces. Cut the bruschetta in half and enjoy. It's ready!
