Broken eggs

Instructions

. Wash the potatoes and cut them into thick slices.

. In a hot pan, add 5 cl of water per person, 1/2 tbsp of olive oil, paprika, and a pinch of salt. Mix.

. Add the potatoes and the mixture. Bring to a boil, cover, and let cook for 15 minutes.

. Cut the chorizo into cubes.

. Slice the onion.

. Add the onions, chorizo, and grated garlic to the potatoes and cook uncovered for 5 minutes.

. Feel free to add olive oil if the potatoes stick.

. Make a well for each person in the potatoes and gently add the eggs.

. Season with salt and pepper and let cook covered over low heat for 5 minutes.

. Serve. It's ready!
