Broken eggs

Instructions

  • 1.   Wash the potatoes and cut them into thick slices.
  • 2.   In a hot pan, add 5 cl of water per person, 1/2 tbsp of olive oil, paprika, and a pinch of salt. Mix.
  • 3.   Add the potatoes and the mixture. Bring to a boil, cover, and let cook for 15 minutes.
  • 4.   Cut the chorizo into cubes.
  • 5.   Slice the onion.
  • 6.   Add the onions, chorizo, and grated garlic to the potatoes and cook uncovered for 5 minutes.
  • 7.   Feel free to add olive oil if the potatoes stick.
  • 8.   Make a well for each person in the potatoes and gently add the eggs.
  • 9.   Season with salt and pepper and let cook covered over low heat for 5 minutes.
  • 10.   Serve. It's ready!
