Fresh salmon tagliatelle

Instructions

  • 1.   Cook the pasta in salted boiling water according to the time indicated on the package.
  • 2.   Meanwhile, melt the butter in a saucepan and add the cream.
  • 3.   When the cream is hot, add the salmon cubes, they should cook in the heat of the cream.
  • 4.   When they are cooked (they should easily flake), add salt, pepper, and ground nutmeg.
  • 5.   Drain the pasta, arrange it in a large round dish, and pour the salmon cream over it.
  • 6.   Serve with Parmesan cheese.
