. * Cut the meat into small cubes.
Sear the meat in a drizzle of oil for 3 minutes.
Cut the carrots, onions, and mushrooms into cubes.
Add flour to the meat and mix.
Pour grape juice over the meat.
Add the vegetables to the pot.
Pour vegetable broth.
Let cook for 15 minutes.
Crack an egg and keep the yolk.
Mix the egg yolk, sour cream, and lemon juice.
Pour the mixture into the pot.
Let simmer for 15 minutes.
