Instructions

  • 1.   * Cut the meat into small cubes.

    • Sear the meat in a drizzle of oil for 3 minutes.


    • Cut the carrots, onions, and mushrooms into cubes.


    • Add flour to the meat and mix.


    • Pour grape juice over the meat.


    • Add the vegetables to the pot.


    • Pour vegetable broth.


    • Let cook for 15 minutes.


    • Crack an egg and keep the yolk.


    • Mix the egg yolk, sour cream, and lemon juice.


    • Pour the mixture into the pot.


    • Let simmer for 15 minutes.
