Instructions

  • 1.   * Wash and trim the green beans.

    • Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and cook the green beans for 6 minutes. Drain them.


    • Meanwhile, sauté the bacon in a pan without any fat, then remove the excess fat from the pan and add the cream and parmesan.


    • Immediately pour the mixture over the green beans, season with pepper, and divide into 4 plates. Place 1 egg yolk on each plate.

  • 2.   Enjoy!
