Instructions

  • 1.   * Cut the chicken into pieces.

    • In a pan, cook the chicken with a drizzle of olive oil, sweet soy sauce, and half of the salty soy sauce. Let simmer for 10 minutes.


    • Cook the rice for 10 minutes in a large pot of boiling water.


    • Wash and slice the mushrooms, then cook them for 10 minutes in the remaining salty soy sauce.


    • Peel and grate the carrot. Sauté it for 5 minutes with a drizzle of olive oil in a pan.


    • In two bowls, arrange the rice, meat, and vegetables harmoniously.


    • Place an egg yolk in the center and sprinkle with fried onions.
