Instructions

  • 1.   Heat a drizzle of oil in a Dutch oven and brown the meat on all sides. Season with salt and pepper, pour in the milk, and add the sprigs of rosemary.
  • 2.   Close the Dutch oven and let it cook for 2 hours and 30 minutes over medium heat.
  • 3.   Serve the roast with the slightly curdled milk on the side.
