LIGHT TUNA AND SMOKED SALMON DEVILED EGGS

Instructions

  • 1.   Boil the eggs in a pot of boiling water for 10 minutes, then cool them under water and peel them. Cut them in half, carefully remove the yolks, and set aside the whites.
  • 2.   Grate the egg yolks or mash them with a fork. Set aside a teaspoon for decoration.
  • 3.   Mix the remaining yolks with the Petit Suisse cheese, mustard, peeled and chopped shallot, chili pepper, drained and crumbled tuna, and washed and chopped parsley. Distribute the mixture into the hollows of the egg whites.
  • 4.   Cut the salmon into strips and place them on each egg, then sprinkle with the reserved egg yolk and a little parsley.
  • 5.   Serve chilled as an appetizer or starter!

  • 2 slice of smoked salmon
  • 2 little Swisses
  • 1 shallot
  • 1 teaspoon of Dijon mustard
  • 1 pinch of Espelette pepper
