Parmentier of blood sausage with two apples

We immediately head to the Manche region where we have a lunch with a view, as they say. And what a view! Because it's facing Mont-Saint-Michel that Bertrand, our chef of the day, is preparing a dish with the delicious taste of Normandy: a Parmentier of blood sausage with two apples. A dish so simple and economical that you won't be able to do without it anymore.
