Lentil Salad with Smoked Salmon

Instructions

  • 1.   Rinse the lentils and drain them. Heat them in the microwave for a few minutes (they should be warm).
  • 2.   Prepare a salad dressing with white mustard, sunflower oil, and raspberry vinegar (essential)!
  • 3.   Peel and chop the shallots.
  • 4.   Pour the dressing over the still warm lentils, along with the shallots. Arrange on plates.
  • 5.   Cut the slices of salmon into strips.
  • 6.   Place the salmon strips on each plate, along with a few sprigs of chives.

  • 1 kg of canned lentil
  • 2 shallots
  • 4 slice of smoked salmon
  • 1 pinch of chives
