Bring a pot of salted water to a boil.
Cook the rice in it for 12-14 minutes. Drain and set aside, covered.

TIP: You don't use all the rice in this recipe, but you can cook it all at once and save the extra for a salad or stir-fried rice.
  • 2.   Meanwhile, finely chop the garlic and onion.
Remove the seeds and cut the bell pepper into sticks.
Cut the indicated amount of celery into 5mm half-moons.
    Separate the coriander leaves.
  • 3.   Heat a generous drizzle of sunflower oil in a wok or sauté pan over medium-high heat.
Once the wok is hot, add the beef slices, season with salt and pepper, and sauté for 2-3 minutes, or until lightly golden but still tender.
Remove them from the pan and keep them covered on a plate.
  • 4.   Return the wok to medium-high heat and add the onion and garlic. Sauté for 1-2 minutes.
Add the bell pepper and celery and continue cooking for 8-10 minutes, or until the vegetables are slightly tender.
Stir regularly. Season with salt and pepper.
  • 5.   Add the beef back to the wok and stir everything together for 1 minute over high heat.
Remove from heat and deglaze with the sweet Asian sauce and sesame oil. Mix well.
